01 Do you rent by the hour?
Although most customers prefer to rent by the day, we can accommodate hourly rentals based on availability. To rent by the hour, please come by or call 361-800-2183.
02 Do I have to pay for the rental ahead of time?
In order to confirm your reservation, we do require full payment at time of reservation.
03 What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the time of your cart delivery and receive 100% of your rental fee as a refund to your original method of payment. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded
04 What payment methods to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover).
05 What are your basic rental requirements?
Renters must be 21 years old or older, and must provide proof of liability insurance meeting standard Texas auto minimums.
